Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Flovvi application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and YAMPA MEDIA (SIREN 910 581 172), located at 135 Avenue Gaston Roussel, 93230 Romainville, France.

2. Description of Service

Flovvi is a mobile application that allows you to: • Manage profiles for one or more pets • Record health records, vet appointments and care activities • Track physical activity (walks, weight, height) • Receive AI-generated health plans and wellness advice • Store pet-related documents • Set reminders via push notifications Some features require a paid Flovvi Pro subscription.

3. Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are between 16 and 18, you confirm that your legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms.

4. Account

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials • You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information • You may not create more than one account per person or share credentials • We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms

5. Free Plan and Pro Plan

Free Plan

The Free plan provides access to basic features as described in the App. Feature availability may change over time.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features including: unlimited pet profiles, document uploads, AI wellness advice and advanced health assessments. • Billing is monthly or annual via Apple App Store or Google Play • Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • You can manage and cancel your subscription in the App Store / Play Store settings • No refunds are provided for partial periods, except as required by applicable law or Apple/Google refund policies

Free trial

If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled in advance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: • Use the App for illegal purposes • Upload false, misleading, defamatory or third-party rights-infringing content • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts • Decompile or reverse-engineer any part of the App • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App • Resell or sublicense access to the App

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (pet photos, health records, documents). By uploading, you grant YAMPA MEDIA a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. We do not verify the medical accuracy of entered data.

8. AI Content — Important Notice

Flovvi uses AI to generate health plans, wellness advice and suggestions. This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary or medical advice. • AI assessments are based solely on the information provided and may be incomplete or inaccurate • Always consult a qualified veterinarian for diagnosis, treatment or medical decisions concerning your pet • YAMPA MEDIA is not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated content

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App (software, design, brand and proprietary content) belong to YAMPA MEDIA or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any rights. Flovvi and its logo are trademarks of YAMPA MEDIA.

10. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time. We will update the Terms by notifying you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law: • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • YAMPA MEDIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months (or €50 for Free users) Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will first be submitted to amicable resolution; failing agreement within 30 days, it will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also use the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close your account immediately for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
